50/50 handheld and monopod w wimberly mh 100. The monopod with camera and lens attached is not to bad to carry over the shoulder. I don't think I will use it from a tripod unless it's a very odd situation where I happen to have a tripod with me at the time. I'm usually using it on the move and don't like lugging a tripod in addition to the camera and lense. Who knows maybe I'll try it someday and like it.
