Welcome Steve, I'm going to guess that where it said New Topic, New Poll. Post Reply in the upper right corner, you hit New Topic, which makes it a totally new thread.
On the main Nikon Forum page here, https://www.fredmiranda.com/forum/board/7 just above the five thumbnails, is a small button that says "Nikon Image Threads". I try to keep it updated as time allows me (for a while I had 70+ hour work weeks!)
If you get lost around here, don't be afraid to ask.

Ha Ha,
I don't run at all. Too old. Alligators, snakes, and anything else that can eat me or kill me deserves one of your extreme long lens of 400k mm. I have not lived as long as I have by not being careful and observant of my surroundings. Being a scaredy

I guess I am better. I can try to run and do maybe 4 or 5 steps at a fast walk before everything in my legs stops moving in painful protest. Lat week I got on my hands and knees to get something that rolled under my desk. I thought I might have to call Central Rent-a-Crane to get back up. Age is doing me no favors.
