The material is some sort of packaging paper my wife received in a package and asked me if I might have a use for it. I've had it for a while and remembered I that it was wadded up in my "miscellaneous crap that I might use some day" box when looking for an environment for this project.
The bottle is sitting on one side of a piece of this paper that has been kinda flattened out...ish...and draped over a small piece of wood....or something. The background the opposite side of a piece of this paper left crinkled up with just a little bit of light skimming across it.
In other words.....nothin' fancy.
