The R6 is nowhere near the 5DMK4 in terms of build quality and reliability. I have been debating the idea of getting rid of my R6 in favor of a 5DMK4.

I have only shot video a couple of times, and my R6 overheated and shut down after 3 minutes of recording.

Again, you have to go R6 II if you go Canon. Better high FPS and rolling shutter, and 4k60, otherwise I'd take a Sony A7IV.

Buy one on Greentoe or off "ysultan" here on FM, and you'll get a new US unit with receipt from AD, then sell your A7iii. Upgrade lenses little by little.
