Thanks very much everyone for the nice comments. I love shooting with the Monochrom now, but when I scan these old Tri-X negatives the qualities of that film still impress me.
I recall being pretty nervous when I was assigned to photograph this man but since he was famous and had been photographed a lot during his career he put me right at ease. I knew as soon as i clicked the shutter that I was going to like the image.
