Great angle on the birds. I love to watch them when they set their wings and come in on final approach. Are brant fairly common there?

Yes, brant geese spend the 3 coldest seasons here and there numbers have been increasing, mostly because they are gassing resident canada geese with the excuse that it makes air traffic safer.
