That color is too beautiful to hide. Color for me. That said, most people expect them to be stark white. So the monochrome version might have more broad appeal.

On both presentations the color versions win for me.

It is a fun little tug at the brain as we think Polar Bears are 'white' when like you say there isn't much color but the color that is there is a soothing one. I also like the creamy white on the white BG over the white on white presentation.By the way the first one is an outstanding composition
