I just got a Tamron 28-200 for my A7c. It's a lot smaller in size than I expected (which is a great thing). I like that the zoom ring is pretty stiff (less of a chance of zoom creeping).
The only issue I have noticed so far is how poorly it performs with AF tracking. I tried it indoors and outdoors. It performs a bit better outdoors under bright sunlight, but even then the AF tracking is not as "sticky" as it is with other lenses. The AF tracking works slightly better at 28mm, but poorly at 200mm even in bright sunlight.
Is this normal for this lens?
