As others have said, these images are well captured and convey expression and stories.

I was so careful during the first 2+ years but still got COVID a little over a year ago. It was terrible, and I don't want it again. We have gotten more relaxed but still avoid crowded places.

My wife was lucky enough to never catch it (or at least never have symptoms). I think she may have the right genes because her dad had it, and while we cared for him (masking all the time), she still didn't get it. Her mom tested positive (both mom and dad refused to wear masks) but never showed symptoms. I think there's a small percentage of the population that has almost natural immunity.

Doug,
Thank you for your comments. There are/were many aspects to the pandemic. I was hoping to capture the impact many of us shared as a species. The anxiety, worry, and uncertainty.
