Lexar just came out with silver cards. 320gb for $380. It says 600mbps guaranteed. Pergear writes around at 400. Does anyone have the technical knowledge to quantify the difference? It's VPG-200 only. Does it mean it will write only at 200 mbps? Is it better to get...Show more →

Update on Lexar SILVER card. Just got one (open box from ebay from a US individual) and it's as fast as Prograde 160gb. Prograde and Lexar empty a 150 images burst buffer less than 12 seconds. Pergear take around 16 seconds. I know it's only 4 seconds difference. But at times this can be frustrating. Anyway got it for a very good price. So keeping it.
