I would like to know whether "Benro Mach3 TMA27C" Tripod is suitable for bird photography purpose.

The specs listed show the capacity @ 30.9 pounds, probably more than enough for bird photography. You need to add a head and the total weight of camera and lens to ensure you're below the maximum. Benro generally has very good quality, and the fact that it's a 3-section vs. a 4-section means you have some additional rigidity.

Whether you use a ball or 3-way head is a personal choice. I prefer 3-way heads, since I like controlling each axis separately; others prefer ball heads. Try both.

What's the heaviest camera and lens combination that you plan to use?

Also, are you shooting mostly birds-in-flight (BIF) or other?

For most moving wildlife, I use my big 500/4L IS lens on a monopod, with a RRS MH-01 tilt head. For other situations, I may use a monopod or tripod, sized for the gear that I'm using.

My photography gear: "canon EOS R1o+1.4xTC+RF 100-400mm f5.6-8 IS USM"
My Birding style involves lot of movements, not staying in one place all the time.
My height:175.26cm(5 ft 9 inch)
Under these conditions, will "Benro Mach3 TMA27c + Benro B1 ball head" be suitable for bird photography?
