Even stuff like the 3.2 inch screen with the different aspect ratio really make a big difference, like a completely clutter free video live view.
Honestly, the Biggest upgrade I felt my a7r5 vs my a9 and a7m4 is the evf and lcd screen…. Ibis, ai af, etc I don’t feel the difference or only very rarely. The evf and lcd screen I noticed the difference every time….

I guess we use LCD's differently. I very rarely use the LCD when shooting. The only real time I use it is when shooting off a tripod for fine composition and focus. Other than that, I guess when I go into the menu. I have 3 different Sony cameras and honestly I cannot tell the difference of the LCD between them, even though they are generations apart.
