Wow, that's the most I've ever seen together, usually I see them as solitary hunters around here, maybe the odd pairing of 2, but this is pretty epic! Nice job with the pano's, they make the statement really well about quantity and come off really well.

morris, I have often wanted to comment on the relentless pressure you put on the Snowy Owls in order to get flight shots.

morris, when you are pounding the Oceanside trails you should take notice of 3 or 4 people talking; we split-up and head in different directions when someone notices you coming in our/their direction.

Have I ever spooked a snowy owl? yes. Do I try to avoid this, most defiantly and wait hours in the cold till they fly. Have you ever noticed the birds you approach sometimes flee? I've seen you spook them many times. The odd stories you tell about your experiences with President Bush makes everyone wonder about you Frank. For years I listened politely to your stories about Bush and the CIA. Then one day you decided I was a bird killer and you started spreading roomers. Lovely Frank. As for people at Oceanside, you run away and others walk over and say hi. I can't help you with your issues Frank.

morris, you have posted about following the Snowy for a few hours, but I guess it never dawned on you that he was trying to get away from you.

morris, my stories are fact and corroborated by the NYPD and FBI.

morris, after they get to know you they flee just like the Snowy Owl and me.

morris, your compulsion to comment on every post stems from your desire to be the most prolific poster on FM. Big deal.

Your view of the world is yours Frank. If I'm spooking my subjects, then why are they flying forwards me?

To get this photo, I stood back after a group of photographers followed it. I suspected they would get too close so I waited with the wind to my back and when they got too close, it blasted off. You are not there to see me shooting.

You run away Frank, that is your issue. You are free to do this.
