I was shutting down to go to bed last night, and saw this little guy running across my carpet. Out came the camera and macro lens!

The full moon might have had something to do with it.

That white material is a superb reflector to soften the shadows.

Thanks Harold. What's interesting is that the carpet is a mottled Beige color -- but those very top fibers do look white.

I don't know if I could go get my camera and get such a great shot knowing that little guy is running about my place. I like spiders, but this one looks rather BIG.
