That's a fascinating patch of fungi. I really like your processing technique which results in images that are tack sharp, yet kind of creamy with perfect toning. Really superb work.

I'd like to say I'd been on a long trek searching in the wilderness, but the reality is I noticed the cluster at the edge of the driveway as I parked my car.

Have the exact same thing just off my driveway also Bob. Not as beautiful as yours but the high heat, humidity has them growing everywhere.
We have been in a weird weather pattern...90's yesterday...low 70's today and low 60's tomorrow. But heh that is Mary-land!
