#2 is very well composed! #1, as a viewer, her face has too many "hot spots" from the skin. The last one also her facial tones are too light IMHO.
Now please take my comments as how I am viewing your images. I am not a good portrait photographer because of what I mentioned in my comments.

Hopefully some "qualified" portrait members will chime in and correct me.

I do agree...most of these can be fixed with post processing...was a "favor" to a friend so I didn't spend a large amount of time on them....

Overall not bad at all. A little harsh on the lighting and maybe put her right hand in a more natural or relaxed position that still shows off her rings. Good job
