While walking through Kenilworth Park & Aquatic Gardens in Washington DC, I spotted a GBH in a tree. It was in a great spot for an environmental portrait and I took that photo. A kingfisher flew into a nearby tree and I added my 1.7x TC to my 500 PF to photograph it. Then I turned back to the GBH just intime to capture the sequence I'm sharing here.
