I took these images back in April, 2009 during breeding season at Green Cay Nature Center & Wetlands.

1) Early morning rise

Wonderful set!

I always seem to get good photos of egrets.
They take flight a mile out when the see me
it seems!

6 and 10 for me, because of the rarity of me finding them in the nest, and well, the plumage is spectacular in the other.
