A small group of chipmunks live near the jewelweed patch that has been the source of my hummingbird photos. These little ones have been a distraction between bursts of hummingbird opportunities. There is something adorable about a chipmunk that has filled to jewels with whatever it can carry

Thanks Morris,... the jewel weed has been a source of great opportunity for me this year... I agree that the splash of orange, red, and yellow do make for a nice background.

Thanks Birdie... I like to photograph rodents, as they can be quite expressive and colorful. In addition, their behavior can be very entertaining.
