This projector is in great shape and has been hanging as in the pictures since purchased from B&H and installed by me. I've changed air filters as needed and the current one is several months old. Only selling as I am traveling for the next year and when I return to the USA I don't think I am going to live in a place that has the room for the 10' screen this projects onto. I've enjoyed it and rather it go to someone who will do the same rather than it sit in storage. Lamp has 2,943 hours on it and I've used it ~80% at the lowest power setting so would expect it to make it to 5,000 hours without a problem.
I still have the original box and can also include the pictured mount as well as the video cable I have which is at least 50' but may be longer.
This projector has zero issues and am happy to FaceTime with an interested buyer to demo it.
