I have both. Advantages and disadvantages compared to what? If compared to the EF 135/2, the RF is larger, heavier, a lot more expensive, not TC compatible. But it's also sharper, higher contrast, better flare resistance and has image stabilization. The EF was an old lens and not current enough when used on R mirrorless to achieve max fps rates in EFCS and mechanical shutter modes. This annoyed me somewhat.
I have found though that this combo (RF 135 & R6II) does not nail perfect focus as consistently as I have experienced with other RF lenses in AI Servo using people/face/eye detection/tracking. I'm seeing some focus 'flutter' where some shots are slightly front or back focused. It's not enough to be a deal breaker but it's slightly less confidence inspiring.
