R6ii - I'm loving the Manual mode with Auto-ISO... All good BUT.....

If you use the dial to set a specific ISO value for an image... it seems impossible to use the dial to get back to auto?? What am I missing?

Rebooting the camera flips it back to autoISO... but there HAS to be a way I can just dial back to auto ISO

You have to let the metering timer expire. I shortened mine for this purpose. You can also go into the M.Fn menu and change it back to auto without waiting.

Also, on my R6, on the C.FN1 menu, there's a setting called "speed from meterint/ISO Auto" that determines whether the camera keeps the selected ISO or returns to Auto when the metering timer expires. I have mine set NOT to return to Auto automatically. If I set a specific ISO, I want it to stay until I change it back.
