The straight, hard steel vs. Curvy, soft fabric is yet another aspect of #4, that makes it.
The translucence in #1 and #4 are nice, too. All good. 
I agree the best one is in fact #4. Having said that I believe the light pole to be an eyesore and I would clone it out.
The others seems like a dancer posing instead of a dancer dancing. So it lacks movement. I would’ve had her actually do a dance move and capture a lot of frames at a high rate.
These sort of photos have been done so many times before that it’s very easy to see them online. You can see the dancer dancing and not posing. There’s a movement to the photo even though it is a still frame. You can see what I mean in any of these stock photos

The dancers are in fact dancing and not posing.
So #4 works well as a posed photo.
