First Hummer pics this year

Haven't been feeling the best lately but I finally got around to taking my first hummingbird pics this year. I set up a table on the deck with various flowers earlier this season for them. I'm sitting approx 12 ft. away. All pics have balanced fill flash.

Glad you felt well enough to take some photos. The flash looks a bit hot to me except in the last which is super and my pick. Shooting birds with Nikon I liked to user manual exposure with a sunny 16 equivalent exposure and set my flash for TTL-BL.

Hey #2 with the stick cropped out would also look quite wonderful as the pose is sweet!
The last is very nice and you have not lost your touch so keep them coming and a sincere wish for strength in health
