Since switching to Sony, I've kept my kit to three lenses and they cover most of what I want to shoot:
1 Sigma 24-70 DN (interested in the 24-70 GM II just for the lighter weight)
2 Tamron 70-180
3 35GM

Two to add:
4 UWA - current shortlist is Sigma 16-28, Tamron 17-28 or Samyang 18.
5 "walk around" - Sony 55 (Sigma 45? Sigma 65? Or I could just use the 35GM even though it's a little bigger and heavier than I'd like for a walk around lens, and go with something a bit longer, eg Sony 85.)

Had a hard time to decide between a second 35mm and something longer than 85mm, but I'd be happy with this.

85 vs 85 was a tough Five-only choice for me:

My two favorite Sony 85 primes IMO:

GM 85 F1.4 is probably Sony's only distinguishable Emount character lens to date, appealingly soft 'ish wide open, the Bokeh, and the warm colors.

Batis 85 Batis Colors! Slightly structured but interesting Bokeh (some hate the cat eyes), 1.8 all day long for active street portraits with Sony Eye AF.

Sony 135 is another Five-only conundrum for me:

Sony GM 135, stunning, modern look, so capable and snappy right at 1.8.
Zeiss Batis 135 Batis Colors! Heavy on the Zeiss pop. 2.8 never looked so good.

Five lenses is more than I really need.
I have the following and I'm certainly happy enough with them:

Sony 40/2.5 G.........................(when going small and light weight)
Sony PZ 16-35/4 G.................(best lens I ever had for travelling Europe)
Sony 50/1.4 GM......................(so great, and the one I use when in serious mode)
Samyang AF 75/1.8................(after having the lens adjusted right after bying it)
Zuiko OM 50/2.0 Macro..........(an old favourite not to get rid of, for ocasionally use)

The CV 65 APO. Was my first experience seeing what I describe as the "ultimate sharp modern look" A beautiful example of a modern character lens.

I recently learned to love 135mm.
Still have 135GM, Zeiss 135 2.8 C/Y.
Sold Samyang 135 1.8 as there is simply not enough space for several 135mm lenses. Decided to go with better focusing 135GM, however I preferred images from Samy a little bit more.
Admire images from Batis 135 but again there is just not enough space for another 135.
