I just purchased a fairly used Canon R6II to replace my current R6. The camera was primarily purchased for video, but I am very disappointed. I'm not sure what's going on. It's hard to even describe the problem.

However, the video clips appear very blurry and noisy. Almost as if there was a flicker or moire in the lights. You know the lines you get when you turn on the Zebra to check your exposure. It looks like horizontal banding / flicker in videos.

I reset the camera to factory settings, but that did not help. I thought it was set on PAL and not NTSC, but that was not it. I have a wedding tomorrow. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

According to Canon, the camera has a bad sensor and should be returned for service.

I bought it here on FM two days ago. There is no indication that the guy I bought the camera from is even concerned, and I doubt he will take it back. I used Paypal F&F. I am thinking twice now using F&F, but the camera is still under warranty. Canon tells me to send it in and provide a receipt, but it is not in my name I hope they will still accept it.
