Purchased used from B&H Photo Video:
https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1566865-REG/eizo_cs2740_4k_cnx_coloredge_cs2740_27_hardware.html
It has 43 all 5 star reviews on B&H.
Comes with the originally Eizo shipping box, all cables, EX4 basically a Spyder X calibration Sensor, and Eizo Monitor Hood which costed around $200. Eizo monitors are made in Japan, and are of very good quality, used for color grading, photography etc. monitor can also charge your macbook pro while you use it. I updated the firmware with Eizo Support's help so it can be calibrated for these modes:
1 User Enable STD User
2 PQ_SOFT_BT.2100 Enable ADV PQ_SOFT_BT.2100
3 PQ_HARD_BT.2100 Enable ADV PQ_HARD_BT.2100
4 PQ_SOFT_DCI-P3 Enable ADV PQ_SOFT_DCI-P3
5 PQ_HARD_DCI-P3 Enable ADV PQ_HARD_DCI-P3
6 HLG_BT.2100 Enable ADV HLG_BT.2100
7 HLG_BT.2100_CRT Enable ADV HLG_BT.2100_CRT
8 BT.2020 Enable ADV BT.2020
9 BT.709 Enable ADV BT.709
10 DCI-P3 Enable ADV DCI-P3
During shipping to Guam box got bumped hard, which resulted in a bezel crack, please see pic, it doesn’t effect the panel at all, just cosmetic.
Monitor itself is 22 pounds. Compared it to the Apple Pro Display XDR 32", and this monitor side by side, beats it in uniformity, colors, white shift. Comparison is here:
Here is a video I did when I first got the Eizo Monitor 10 months ago comparing it to my Apple 27" 5K. |
