One of the few USAC (USA Cycling) races I shot this year. Maybe even less in 2024. My market is in the adventure sports like triathlon/duathlon, running, and other off road events. I have been commissioned to shoot for this promoter but the money isn't much. Riders don't buy photos generally, except this race.... Other local promoters are too cheap and they generally don't market their races. The free tog they use...has no website and generally just average shots at best in his best days. Not the most popular race photographer other than few friends he has. And the USAC racing scene is in decline in general and most local races don't even have over 150 riders. They are generally the same riders in their 40s and 50s. Anyway.....
