Here are some images of resident Screech Owls we have been blessed with in our trees in recent years. The 'red morph' Screech Owl -- we named him 'Rufous' -- is one of the most handsome owls I've seen.
The three young owlets were born to a pair of 'gray morph' Screech Owls we affectionately named 'Ozzie' and 'Harriet'. Harriet hatched the three in a nesting box I put up in our back Ash tree.
