Thanks for the reply. Typically edit videos between 2-7 minutes in length with light rendering in After Effects on my M1 Macbook Pro 14 with 16Gb Ram and 1TB Storage. The reason I'm looking at Mac Studio is for larger and longer projects. Studio green screen and longer mulit-cam edits running 20-45 minutes in length with graphics.
Curious to know what your experience has been with the Mac Studio base model. Does that have the M1 Max 24 core with 32GB Ram and 512Gb Storage?

sorry about the late reply. Yes in both I have the most basic model. Here is a quick comparison I did of tasks I more often do: https://imgur.com/GEJdc80
The Studio is considerably faster than the M1 14, but I am slowly realizing that for me, the issue is more about working in silience. all my PCs make a lot of noise, so I am still thinking if I can live with a slower 14".
Edit: it seems FM does not like IMGUR links, but if you copy paste the link it should work. let me try to upload it here too.
