Too much glare on the goggles for me in the first one. I like the being able to see some of the eye in the second much better. I also think that choice of color grade really works for this setting and image.

These are good! You've got a striking mood going on here. Assuming these two frames are representative of the whole set, I think you've got something amazing.

I disagree with the comment about the goggle glare. As a former swimmer myself, the reflectivity is a good thing. There's a small part of an athlete that wants to be seen as a "machine," and removing the eye by using a reflective coated goggle plays into that.

Thanks, The goggle glare, from a white umbrella, is as shot on the left, I pulled some in on the right to balance it out. You never really could see his eyes behind the goggles. The light on his skin kind of dictates the intensity of the light on the surrounding surfaces. If they weren't like that it would look off and not continuous.

I found the glaring goggles really enhancing the image/frame. Almost alien in look. Did not distract from the swimmer at all for me.
