During an evening safari in the Tadoba Tiger reserve on a February evening, we were passing by alongside a lake when we heard the tiger's growling from a distance. We stopped by waiting for the tiger to turn up. The Langur calls in the background became quite intense proving the presence of the tiger nearby, but the tiger was yet to show up.
It was during this time that I spotted this Greater Coucal who had hunted down that frog who hopped on to that stone and posed generously for me for a couple of seconds.
