Hi everyone. I have been having an issue for a few months and would love to get it resolved. I often shoot in DNG + JPG (B&W) mode with my camera. After import, all of the image previews in the Library display as B&W. They are being handled as separate files so I have one ABC.DNG file and then directly beside have another ABC.JPG file. Both display in B&W in the Library module. When I open up a DNG in Develop, it quickly converts to color. Then when I move back to the Library module, it switches back to B&W. Very strange. Is there a setting or way I can just have all my DNGs show as color in Library after import? A bit frustrating and I'd love to get your thoughts. Thanks in advance!

When you have the camera set to B&W, the embedded jpeg in the raw file which is used for thumbnails is also B&W because it also uses the camera settings and that is what is displaying in the library. When you open the raw for development it shows the full raw data which is in color. I know of no way to have a raw display in color and the jpeg in B&W when the camera is set for B&W.
