I love me some pristine fresh flowers before the edges of the petals begin to brown and bugs get at them.

Very nice work Karl. Getting the pollen or sticky stamen parts in critical focus is always a chore in even the slightest wind, which always seems to blow around here. Well done.

Eric

Thanks Eric, those Morning Glory's always look fresh for some reason. Sometimes you just get things the way you hoped for, the focus worked as I hoped

Love the concept and execution, Karl.

I find the compositions and hues very calming and the details visually delightful.

Nice florals Karl. My mom always referred to those lilies as “Naked Lady” lilies when I was a kid.
I didn’t know they were also called Resurrection lilies.

My guess would be for the lack of leaves 'Naked Lady'.
Thanks Tim
Karl
Lycoris squamigera, the resurrection lily or surprise lily, is a plant in the amaryllis family, Amaryllidaceae, subfamily Amaryllidoideae.[2] It is also sometimes referred to as naked ladies (a name used for several other plants). It is native to SE China and Korea

Both are very nice. Love the soft pastel-like colors on the first.
