A lovely pair of images. Really like the environmental view of the first and the follow up close shot of the water lily.

great pictures. number one is really composed well with the clarity of the heron plus just enough blurring of the blooms that they add to the picture without dominating it. inspiring to look at. thanks for sharing.

Sometime I must remind myself to concentrate on the entire scene. The Water Lily shot is my first where I could capture the inside, usually they are upright and too far from shore.
