We've been working on establishing "native plants" in our small garden areas with the idea of attracting more butterflies and birds. Here are a three pics from the last couple of weeks. C/C always welcomed. (P.S. Regarding the last, "BeeBalm" was a regular FM contributor. I miss seeing her work.)

Missing several of the previous contributors I agree.

I don't know if I have seen a Diana before but what a beautiful butterfly Vic! Lovely image buddy.
Hummer on Fusia is very pretty, image looks a little short of contrast and color to me but love the pose and flowers!
My Bee Balm (Monardia) is just popping, it is a stunning raspberry pinkish and usually will attract the hummingbirds which I have yet to see this year? That is a nice shot of the Swallowtail

Three lovely images and congrats for planting native species! You are being rewarded by attracting some lovely winged creatures! Beautiful shots!!!

And I concur about missing photogs on this site

(BeeBalm always offered some terrific images and humour)
After recently joining from a lapse of several years, I am Happy to be back. This is an amazing site with some very kind and helpful people ... This is where I got my eyes opened to the world of photography and what it has to offer.
