Hello everyone!
This has been a busy year but finally, I have a chance to work on some pictures from this past quetzal season.
Although the season is over, there are still several quetzals that are raising their youngs, finding mates and feeding on avocado trees here and there.
This is a series of some of my favorite files, I hope you like them as well

Male Quetzal regurgitating an avocado fruit, they keep the fruit in their crop about 20 minutes and later regurgitate the seed.

Check out this beauty! she's the female quetzal and I found her resting on this natural perch surrounded by out of focus vegetation, to me, this makes the whole picture if you ask me as it not just a bird sitting on a stick ;)
