Stopped at my local marsh. A group of swallows were navigating a narrow stretch
of marsh. Tried with my 2xTC on my 300mm but it wasn't liking the fast erratic and close movements.
300mm was just a bit to short so the crops are large. In and out of shade so different lighting.

Fun to shoot!

Terrific set, I know how difficult it is to get decent shots of these fast flying little guys, very well done.

Nice set. I find these little guys a blast to photograph. They really test your tracking skills.

Great looking set Justin and you did this without the aid of subject detection. I think that my barn swallow BIF shoot is wat was too much for my arm.

Thanks Morris! The D5 handled it well. Technique lead to any blurriness for sure.
