cool to ask for shooters.
Are you the one paying? Is this a family members wedding?

Not sure why one would want completed-edited jpeg and the raws.
It is really an insult to a pro.
It is like saying I want you to shoot it... but you don't know how to edit images.
Not really how it works.
Unless you are specifically stating you are hiring a shooter and you are editing/delivery image to B&G.
In that case, you would be a working shooter your self.
Photographers who don't shoot weddings just don't understand the work flow and handling 3000-5000 images taken....
Even using Ai editing.
Charlotte is not a bad place shoot. might be a bit warm... but you can rock some good stuff with a decent to fabulous shooter.
