...no...used..you have no clues why the users are selling it. Maybe something is wrong with it. Two, used products don't have transferable warranty. Refurbished is better...trust me...it is better... hehehehe

First, I've been a Nikon Fan Boy for decades. That means that over the decades I have been a fan of Nikon Japan's professional-grade camera/lens products.

I have gone back and forth on this new vs refurb and am currently settled on this train of thought (translation: I may change my mind next week

)

Question for NikonUsa: If you refurbishd a camera or lens didn't you go through the piece completely?

Please...what is your definition of refurbished NikonUsa?

I do not think I am willing to buy a "refurbished" piece if you *went through it* and certified it as being refurbished but reduced the warranty to 90 days from 1 year. (refurb vs new). Did you refurbish it or not?

Scenario: Sometime after the 90 days has elapsed I need to send it in to NikonUsa's Melville NY facility to be worked on.

I guess I'm likely to pay the extra for a brand new piece.

The Nikon Store priced their Z 24-70/4 Refurb even with 10% additional discount at $720, which is $20 more than the price of the refurbed Z 24-120/4. Don't why. Any insights?
