I was fortunate to get some shots of a rare-to-the-area Indigo Bunting yesterday. I could have used more reach, but I was overall pretty pleased to have found him and be able to get any clear shots at all. While none of these are perfect by any stretch, I'm interested in FM'ers views on which they prefer.

Congratulations on these shots. They are all very lovely. My personal favorite is the last one. I like the pose of the bird and the clean complimentary background .

Really nice images. I was out looking for one myself this morning but they were only up high. Great catch. I love the last one best with the clean look and nice background.

I have to echo the other comments here...Love the last two with the clean background. The first few are lovely images but the busy brush background definitely distracts from a beautiful bird.
