Thanks Morris. The D4 shoots super clean.
The 300 2.8 vrii helps too! Though I've been eyeballing a
600 f4e. F-mounts are getting so cheap now! Unfortunately I'd have to
sell the 300 2.8 to off set costs and giving up 2.8 is tough.

Actually all but the dive photo is with the bare 300mm. I started off with the 2xTC on
but this guy let me get close so eventually I took off the TC.
Which is rare(for me anyways) as most of you know 300mm is pretty short for birds, even larger ones.
Having only 16mp doesn't help either lol.
Saying that I got some really nice shots of him with the 2xTC on it's just as you'd expect,
the 300mm look better.
