I've been using an Elinchrome Rotalux for years. Absolutely love that thing. Big, soft, lightweight, easy to assemble, and tons of lighting style options with feathering. I've eaten through three of them because I'm a little rough on gear, but they're my go-to modifier.
Agree on the Rotalux. We use the deep 27 inch Octa for almost all our formals, but always leave it set up. Options like taking the diffusion off or adding a grid quickly are a bonus too. We also have the Profoto OCF 1x1 which isn't even close to the Elinchrom's build quality. You can't take the front diffusion off either. Same could be said for the interior baffle too, although it has the option. Just try to do it though. We've considered the Stella Pro for when the the B10's modeling light doesn't give enough fill for sunset photos without blowing out the ambient.
