That black cat rocks Eric! Seeing that almost hidden pattern is mesmerizing, you did a great job on presentation of the pattern and color. Nice work on the overhead challenges, they look great as well
Karl
Thanks Karl…it was indeed challenging…glad you liked them

Excellent shots ! The cat is beautiful, I never noticed the pattern before. All of these are well done images in every way.
John
Thanks John…when the light is right the pattern is easier to see and the texture of the fur is also more apparent in those areas with rosettes

Eric - I can't get enough of your Black Leopard images. Really enjoy viewing them. That first image is awesome. Really like how you shot the low angle where it puts the cat at eye level. That had to be so thrilling. I mean what are the odds of getting these images? If it was me I would still be grinning non stop ! Again congrats and thanks for sharing. Cool video also. I found it amazing that the cat didn't even flinch at the sound of the camera.
Greg
Too kind Greg…it was an incredible experience…hoping she stays around a bit longer and isn’t forced out of her mother’s territory.

Keep them coming Eric, fantastic. That first one stunning. What a perspective you must be laying on the trail.

I wish we had more looks like that first one. Most images were shot at very high ISO either very early before sunrise or after the sun had set. I was happy to get a little distance from her to shallow the angle and give the perception of being at eye level. I did get as low in the vehicle as possible…getting on the trail would have been outrageously cool but more than likely she would have run in the opposite direction.

The first 5 are stunners Eric. The first Flight image is a beauty. What was the light source for the video?
Morris
Thanks Morris…I was pleasantly surprised we had one session with her in decent light.
