I enjoy the antics of these little rascals in my garden - the black-capped chickadees and the chestnut-backed chickadees. They are curious, feisty, and bold. I can usually stand out there, and they will get within a couple of feet of me. What I love about them is their energy and zest for life, especially being non-migratory in an often harsh climate.

Very nice pair, the Chestnut is a very pretty species that I do not see unfortunately.
