Had a pretty decent morning last week shooting Shovelers. On this one local pond that I like visiting, it seems as though Shovelers are about the only ducks on the pond. When the light is right they are a very colorful bird.

I really like #3. And were the guys getting ready to argue about the ladies. I saw a pair around here a few weeks ago, but not since. The are interesting and beautiful ducks and we never get them in the numbers you do. Nicely done.

Thanks Chuck, I find them a lot of fun to photograph and at this time of year they are very colorful.
