This is my first time posting to this forum. When I uploaded the image, I was restricted to 1.4 Mp. However, my post shows the image as much smaller than I have seen in other posts.

What step did I miss to have the image show larger in the post?

A beautiful image. The city lights compliment the sunset colors which ties it all together. Nice. In answer to your question about size, I post my horizontal (landscape) images at 1,200 pixels by 1,200 pixels. Vertical or portrait images are posted at 950 pixels by 950 pixels. I hope this helps. Wonderful view!
Do you use Photoshop? Use Export and set the size to like 1200 on longest size and 60% quality.
Are you uploading the original camera JPG? Resized? Export vs Save in Photoshop stores it in quite different file sizes for same resolution.
