Let's go to 40mm. I think 35mm might be one of the weakest. Im still not convinced 20mm is bad in any way it maybe a combo of 2 slight problems and I may test that again but im keeping this lens. So far its as good as the 28-75
It needs F4 and now I see the right side like at 20mm be a little softer than the right. I know one thing from testing lenses I send this back I may not get a better one and this is almost perfect. Im not going to be anal on this one
Much better its still pixel peeping off on right side but im sure 5.6 its dead on and it is. Im very very picky as you may have noticed.Maybe I should say critical
Very pleased with this lens from 20-40 and for the money it's a buy all day long. Not to mention it has nice color and a great look to it. Also I have very little sharpening . I could make it cut your eye teeth out. Its a test and im not going to do that
Let's move on to LENS 2. The Laowa 14mm and Lordy thanks for another good copy. I had this before and should have not sold it. This lens gets a lot of mixed reviews

Overall im being critical here I like this lens a lot and imaging to keep it. It's possible my right side might be off by a stop from the left side. It showed at 2 focal lengths but overall this thing is really good and 99 percent would buy this performance in a heart beat. It's a rare day shooting a walk around lens type wide open and even more so worry about your corners. Thats real world this is test world and they are different and obviously you want to test make sure its good or going to perform good for you. I came from 4x5, Medium Format digital so everything I did not to mention big time clients I was always fighting for critical perfection and I got paid good for it. For our hobbyists you just want good and walk away with great images. This lens will do that
You got a good one! I reviewed it but based on a less than optimal copy. I liked it enough to try to get a good copy, but the rest I tried were worse. A good copy of that 14 would I reckon be better than the CV15, and very useful given its size. Glad you got one!
