I've been getting them a couple times a week since updating to Ventura and SR7.

I had similar problems with SoftRaid when I got a new computer with macOS Big Sur. After going back-and-forth with OWC, I asked for my money back for the RAID-box and the software—-not gonna happen, I was basically told. I abandoned the box and software. IMO, SoftRaid is not ready for primetime.

Softraid had huge problems with kernel panics on MacOS Monterey and Apple silicon. They said it was due to a Apple bug which was fixed in Ventura and V7 so this is unpleasant news. I've also had a horrendous issue with my last OWC Thunderbay IV unit that OWC simply ignored, but I think I'll save that story for another post. While historically, I had good luck with Softraid, my experiences haven't been positive since OWC acquired them. Right now, I'm not planning on investing in any more of their products.
