Item condition: 10 Preowned equipment, but appears as new

My present Win7 desktop has been working great for many, many years BUT...its life it getting to the end. My scanner, my 2 Canon Pro printers, and other devices won't work with Windows10.
I just cant find any reputable sellers on Ebay or Amazon. Amazon sez Win7 but actually seller sez it is Win10. Anyone have one that maybe refurb with new parts? Need a cd/DVD drive and many USB ports.
I would like to have some assurance that it will work!
